IOU Annual Report Data

Our web-based IOU annual report applications offer you information from the PSC's internal Investor-Owned Utility (IOU) Annual Report database.

The database is populated each year after the April 1 filing date for the IOU annual report. However, each year there are a few reports that are filed late. Therefore, please keep in mind that you won't necessarily be able to access each utility's report or a total of all utility information on April 1st. Please note that, due to the public health emergency for COVID-19, the annual report filing deadline has been extended to June 1, 2020.


The Public Service Commission does not guarantee the accuracy of the information found in this database. The data is simply extracted from what is provided to us by the utilities in their annual reports.
