Project Description:	This is an investigation to evaluate all the energy efficiency and renewable resource programs (statewide and utility voluntary programs) and determine their appropriate goals, priorities and measurable targets. The Commission opens this Quadrennial Planning Process II docket by its authority under Wis. Stat. ch. 196. The Commission intends to conduct this investigation without a hearing.
