This proposed rate hike is too much. Had a rate hike like 2 years again and now again . At this time with inflation and cost of goods skyrocketing It`s too much . I understand the reason though . Need to level out the rate hike so it`s not so much , Over longer period of time or something . Have the city Cut costs elsewhere . Most of us already had to cut Things down in todays world . We can`t afford this big Of a rate hike .
