Comment:
Dear PSC Staff, Research shows that there are no health harms associated with photovoltaics. Please highlight the results of the latest research examining health impacts as well as the public health benefits associated with clean energy generation. Please include the operational cost savings of photovoltaics compared to methane or coal burning energy generation (including costs associated with extraction and transportation to secure these costly out-of-state products). Please compare impacts of market volatility on operational costs. Reducing dependency on out-of-state imports for energy generation bolsters energy security and sustainability for our state.
