More Details on Specific Cases and How the Commission Operates
The Public Service Commission (PSC) provides several ways for the public to access information on Commission cases.
Case Management System (CMS)
All cases at the PSC are managed in case specific dockets. CMS allows the public to view the docket details, including all documents filed for the case.
ERF – EZ Subscribe
The Electronic Records Filing System (ERF) contains all records for a docket. ERF-EZ subscribe allows you to sign-up to receive an email notification anytime a new document is filed in a specific docket or document type.
Highlighted Construction Cases
The Highlighted Construction Cases on the PSC website provides an overview for certain construction cases before the Commission.

Specific Cases Before the Commission
If you have questions about a specific case before the Commission, contact the Case Coordinator listed on the docket in CMS under the Staff Involved tab.
Open Meeting Agenda
The Commission publishes the open meeting agenda which contains items up for consideration during the upcoming open meeting. The agenda is available 24 hours before the open meeting and is provided on this calendar as a courtesy.
Open Meeting E-Agenda
The E-Agenda contains the materials being reviewed during the open meeting. The materials are draft materials and should not be considered finalized until the Commission makes motions on them during the open meeting. This document typically becomes available 2 hours before the open meeting and is provided as a courtesy.
