Project Description:	The proposed project will include construction of approximately 1.9 miles of double circuit 115 kilovolt (kV) transmission line, approximately 0.5-mile of single circuit 115 kV transmission line and a new switching station, called the Nemadji Switching Station, located near the Calumet Superior Refinery in the City of Superior, Douglas County, Wisconsin.
