When your corporate administration account has been activated, you will receive an e-mail with the account name and password. The first time you log in, you must change the password.

Once your account is activated:
  • You will be able to log in using this account and set up accounts for those in your organization who are authorized to file on the organization’s behalf.
  • You will be able to check the status of all documents filed by the accounts you set up.
  • You may establish subscriptions to see all documents filed in cases related to your utility.
  • You can change the administration account profile.
  • If needed, you can deactivate accounts that you have set up.
  • Please note that the corporate administration account is not allowed to upload documents.
