Setup New Utility Corporate Admin Account

Complete and print the Request New Utility Corporate Admin Electronic Filing Account form.
Return the form with a cover letter, printed on company letterhead, requesting a corporate account. The cover letter must include a signature.
Mail or fax the cover letter and form to:

When your corporate administration account has been activated, you will receive an e-mail with the account name and password. The first time you log in, you must change the password.

Once your account is activated:

You will be able to log in using this account and set up accounts for those in your organization who are authorized to file on the organization’s behalf.
You will be able to check the status of all documents filed by the accounts you set up.
You may establish subscriptions to see all documents filed in cases related to your utility.
You can change the administration account profile.
If needed, you can deactivate accounts that you have set up.
Please note that the corporate administration account is not allowed to upload documents.
