Telecommunication Annual Questionaire System
  • The Telecommunication Annual Report password is used only for the annual questionnaire application. It is different than the passwords used for other apps, such as the Electronic Records Filing system.
  • If you do not have your previous year password, you will have to reset it. (Commission staff cannot do it.) To reset your password, use the “Forgot/Reset Password” button at the bottom of the screen.
