To find agreements which have not yet been approved, go to Case Management System, Advanced Search and search using a case number of “5” in the first box and “TI” in the second box – leaving the third box blank. Then select Status of “active.” The pending cases will be at the end of the list.

The Commission maintains a “Standing Notice List on Voluntary Interconnection Agreements.” Notices of filed agreements, and other information related to ICAs, is distributed to the list via email.
