Pursuant to the 1996 Telecommunications Act and 47 USC 251/252, telecommunications providers are required to file Voluntary Interconnection Agreements (ICAs) for Commission approval. Other providers may opt into those same agreements.

Home The Commission maintains a “Standing Notice List on Voluntary Interconnection Agreements.” Notices of filed agreements, and other information related to ICAs, is distributed to the list via email.
